Shipping & Returns


  • We offer shipping throughout India.
  • We strive to deliver products purchased from Messy Musings in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. 
  • We aim to process, pack and ship your order within 2-4 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days for India and 15-20 days for orders outside India.
  • Incase, the order is customized/specified to be made after placing an order, expect a delivery between 20-35 days as these are made to order.
  • Art Prints usually gets shipped within 5-7 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 8-15 days for India and 20-25 days for orders outside India.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • When you don’t receive your confirmation email please check your Spam mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed there by mistake. If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us at messymusings22@gmail.com  and we’ll be happy to help.
  • You will get a tracking link / number in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
  • In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we or the parcel/courier/logistics service provider may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
  • We use a Razorpay & credit card payment system; at checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method which will be taken through a secure checkout.
  • We at Messy Musings offer free shipping in India for all orders above Rs.499.
  • If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 10 business days please contact us at messymusings22@gmail.com and we will be able to help.
  • If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at messymusings22@gmail.com with a photo of the faulty item and your order number and we’ll take care of it.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACED IT? Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order, please contact us at messymusings22@gmail.com and we will be able to help from there.
  • All sales are final and we don’t do refunds.
